I'll leave you with a bite of summer. My sugar snap peas took a hit from our 104-degree weather this week, so this is probably the last serving I'll get.
If you haven't tried Trader Joe's Lemon Torchietta, I recommend you get some. It cooks in five or six minutes. I threw in the peas for the last three minutes, and then olive oil and garlic and sea salt to taste. The salmon I tossed in the skillet for a couple minutes. Topped it all with fresh chopped basil and shredded parmesan.
